DECATUR, Ala. - Coastal Alabama - North Men's Golf wrapped up the 2025-26 regular season with a sixth-place finish out of 14 teams at the Calhoun Men's Spring Classic, capping off a competitive week of play with several strong individual performances.

Leading the way for the Coyotes was Coy Ingram, who turned in one of the top performances of the season. Ingram opened with a 73 before improving each round, firing a 72 and a tournament-low 70 to finish tied for third overall with a three-round total of 215 (-1). His steady climb up the leaderboard highlighted Coastal's presence among the tournament's top contenders.

Jackson Cleveland followed with a consistent showing across all three rounds, carding scores of 74-74-74 to finish tied for 11th overall at 222 (+6). Cleveland's reliability provided a key anchor in the Coyotes' lineup throughout the event.

Gabe Patterson added rounds of 79, 78, and 76 to finish tied for 42nd at 233 (+17), showing improvement as the tournament progressed. Ty Posey also demonstrated resilience, bouncing back from an opening-round 79 with a strong 71 in round two before finishing with an 84 to place tied for 45th at 234 (+18). Rounding out the Coastal lineup was Lucas Chalk, who posted scores of 79, 83, and 77 to finish 52nd overall with a 239 (+23).

The 54-hole totals of 305, 295, and 297 as a team are all new lows for the Coastal Alabama - North Men's Golf program. 

With the regular season now complete, Coastal Alabama - North shifts its focus to the ACCC DI/DII Men's Golf Championship Tournament, set for April 5-7 at Cypress Lakes Golf Club. The Coyotes will look to carry momentum from their final regular-season event into the conference championship as they aim for a strong finish and potential postseason advancement.
