JUNIPER CREEK COUNTRY CLUB | BREWTON, Ala. - The Coastal Alabama - North Men's Golf team turned in a competitive showing while hosting the Coastal Alabama - North Spring Invitational at Juniper Creek Country Club in Brewton, finishing tied for sixth overall in the team standings with a 610 (+34).
The Coyotes were led by a strong two-round performance from Coy Ingram, who carded rounds of 73 and 73 to finish tied for second place individually with a 36-hole total of 146 (+2). Ingram's steady play kept him near the top of the leaderboard throughout the event and highlighted the weekend for the host program.
Gabe Patterson and Jackson Cleveland each finished tied for 28th with identical totals of 154 (+10). Patterson posted back-to-back rounds of 77, while Cleveland followed an opening-round 76 with a 78 on day two. Ty Posey finished tied for 38th after shooting rounds of 78 and 78 for a 156 (+12), while Spencer Neeley rounded out the Coyotes' lineup with rounds of 79 and 82 to place tied for 54th at 161 (+17).
Competing on their home course, Coastal Alabama -Â North gained valuable experience against a strong, competitive field while continuing to build momentum early in the spring season.
The Coyotes will look to carry that momentum into their next tournament as they continue spring competition.
LBW Spring Invite Ahead
The 'Yotes will return to the course on Mar. 2-3, competing at the LBW Spring Invitational at the RTJ Greenville Golf Course in Greenville, Ala.Â
