ANDALUSIA, Ala. - Coastal Alabama North Baseball suffered two losses in a conference doubleheader against Lurleen B. Wallace Community College (Ala.) on Friday, March 14, dropping the overall record to 12-16 in the process and 7-9 in the ACCC. The losses come after the Coyotes had managed four wins in the last five games.
Game 1: Coastal North 7, LBW 9 - 7 Innings
Despite putting up 13 hits and seven runs, Coastal Alabama North fell short in a back-and-forth battle. The team jumped out to an early 3-0 lead in the first inning and added runs in the third, fourth, and seventh, but couldn't hold off LBW's late surge.

- Reliever TJ Hauser gave up three more runs in the 7th and was tagged with the loss?.
Game 2: Coastal Alabama North 5, LBW 8 - 7 Innings
The second game was defined by missed opportunities and defensive miscues. Although Coastal scored five runs on seven hits, they committed three errors and issued seven walks and four hit-by-pitches, which ultimately proved costly. LBW only managed two hits in game two, but scored eight runs.

- The bullpen struggled with control issues, walking multiple batters and allowing key insurance runs, including a four-run sixth inning that sealed the game.
- Hauser took the loss, surrendering four runs.
Looking to Bounce Back
Coastal North is scheduled to face NCAA D-II member Spring Hill College (Ala.) next on the schedule, coming on Monday, March 17 at 4:30 p.m. CT. Monday's DH will be played at Spring Hill College in Mobile, Ala.
