MONROEVILLE, Ala. - Bryce Wilkins of Coastal Alabama - North Men's Basketball has been named a Third-Team All-America selection by the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) for the 2025-26 season, recognizing one of the top performances in NJCAA Division II Men's Basketball this year.
A freshman from Queens, N.Y., Wilkins made an immediate impact in his debut season with the Coastal - North Coyotes, emerging as one of the most efficient and productive forwards in the country. Wilkins appeared in 34 games during the season, averaging close to a double-double on the year at 13.3 points and 9.1 rebounds per contest, all while shooting an impressive 59.9 percent from the field. His ability to finish around the rim and convert high-percentage opportunities made him a consistent offensive presence throughout the campaign.
Wilkins' consistent dominance on the glass placed him atop the ACCC Division II with 311 total rebounds on the year, finishing as the only player with over 300 boards during the season. He added 0.6 assists per game and shot 71.9 percent from the free throw line, further highlighting his all-around offensive efficiency.
His NJCAA All-America selection caps off a strong freshman campaign in which he played a key role in the Coyotes' success, helping lead Coastal - North to ACCC Regular Season and Tournament Championships and a bid to the 2026 NJCAA D-II Men's Basketball National Championship Tournament in Danville, Ill.
Wilkins becomes one of the few players in program history in Monroeville, Ala. to earn All-America honors, setting the stage for a promising future in a Coastal Alabama - North uniform.
