MONTGOMERY, Ala. - The Alabama Community College Conference (ACCC) officially announced the ACCC Volleyball Players of the Week on Wednesday, Oct. 15, with Lexie Drace of the Coastal Alabama - North Women's Volleyball program being honored. The awards are based on performance for the week of Oct. 6-12.
In a week which saw the Coyotes finish a strong 4-0 with three wins coming against ACCC opponents, Lexie Drace paced the team offensively and averaged close to four kills per set across the four matches played. Drace totaled 46 kills with only 10 attack errors, finishing with a stellar .367 hitting percentage. Drace's 46-kill week brings her total to a team-best 198 kills during the 2025 season, with the Long Beach, Miss. native slashing .284 in the process and averaging exactly three kills per set in 21 matches played.
In addition to her offensive numbers, Drace recorded 26 digs on the back row, was credited with two block assists, and managed four service aces. Drace joins teammates Hannah Vinas and Ella Sprouse as ACCC Volleyball Players of the Week for the 2025 campaign.
