Robbie Cotten started as the Assistant Men's and Women's Golf Coach in the fall of 2023. A two-time All-American at Troy University (1987,1988), Cotten brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our student-athletes.Â
After his time at Troy, Cotten went onto to compete professionally winning the 1990 Alabama Golf Association State Amateur Championship and the 1999 and 2005 Mid-Amateur Championship.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Troy University in 1988. He his married to his wife Margaret, and has two daughters, Kayla and Madison, as well as four grand children, Mackenzie (8), Banks (4), Hattie (2) and Hollie (1 month).
