MONROEVILLE, Ala. - Coastal Alabama Community College Athletics has announced a new partnership with Neptune Gametime, a customizable, lyric-safe digital radio platform designed specifically for collegiate athletic programs, to enhance the game-day environment across all three Coastal Alabama athletic campuses.
Through the partnership, Neptune Gametime will be implemented throughout Coastal Alabama Athletics' facilities in Monroeville, Brewton, and Bay Minette, providing a consistent, professional and family-friendly audio experience for Coyote fans, student-athletes, coaches and visitors. The partnership will go into effect during the 2026-27 season.
About Neptune Gametime
Neptune Gametime features a human-screened music library of more than 60,000 songs, with every track evaluated for both language and thematic content. The platform also provides commercial background music licensing through BMI, SESAC, ASCAP and GMR, helping athletic programs simplify the process of providing licensed music at public events.

The Neptune Gametime platform operates much like a professional sports radio station customized specifically for each athletic program. Coastal Alabama can incorporate professionally recorded announcements and messaging directly into its music programming, creating opportunities to welcome visiting teams, promote sportsmanship, highlight concessions, recognize student-athletes and celebrate special events such as Sophomore Night.
The platform's Neptune Media Player, available on PC, Mac and iPad, gives game-day personnel the flexibility to choose between automated "Radio Mode" programming and "On-Demand Mode," allowing staff to trigger customized walk-up songs, player introductions, crowd sound effects and other game-day audio elements.
Neptune Gametime will also provide Coastal Alabama Athletics with additional opportunities to engage student-athletes. Through the platform's student selection feature, athletes can browse the lyric-safe music library and request songs for warmups or individual walk-up moments, with selections remaining subject to administrative approval.
In addition to enhancing the in-venue experience, the partnership provides Coastal Alabama Athletics with opportunities to generate additional revenue through audio advertising. Coastal Alabama can sell 15-second sponsorship spots to local businesses and retain 100 percent of the revenue generated from those local sales. Neptune also offers a revenue-share model through its network of regional and national advertisers.
The platform is designed to provide reliable game-day operation without requiring a continuous internet connection. The system can operate offline during events, with the player connecting to the internet periodically to synchronize updates and refresh its music library.
With Neptune Gametime now being introduced across Coastal Alabama Athletics' three athletic campuses, Coyote fans will experience an elevated and more consistent game-day atmosphere while the athletic department gains new tools to promote its teams, student-athletes, community partners and sponsors.
